Our busiest conference season yet (eight events in 12 weeks!) is just around the corner. 
Our hiring events perennially provide excellent opportunities for schools and candidates to meet one another for efficient and effective 30-minute interviews, leading many clients to find talented new members of their faculty. If you’re a candidate interested in attending one or more conferences, here’s what you need to know.
WHO
Client schools seeking new faculty members and job-seeking CS&A candidates. School contacts and active CS&A candidates register for these events, which allow them to meet in pre-scheduled, 30-minute interviews.
WHAT
One- to three-day hiring events that allow schools to interview candidates of interest in 30-minute interview slots. Registered schools gain access to the files of all registered candidates in advance of the event and are able to schedule interviews through our online conference module. Often, schools will continue to schedule last-minute interviews the day of the event, and some schools welcome the opportunity to connect with candidates in a more informal way.
Our inaugural Diversity Forum will function a bit differently. This hiring and professional development event will feature both a hiring component and professional development and leadership workshops, with discussions and panels facilitated by 21 extraordinary independent school leaders, each of whom is committed to diversity and inclusion in schools.

WHY
Our hiring conferences are wonderful ways for our clients and candidates to interview efficiently.
